Hear From Other Clients!

  • “Our work together helped me maintain emotional equanimity in my work, prioritize and organize my tasks, and maintain focus on one project at a time. Very helpful!”

    Eli S.

  • I'm getting to know myself better and what strategies work. I feel capable!

    Danielle N.

  • “Before, I faced multiple challenges with academic work. I felt lost, stressed, and defeated. Coaching created a safe place for me. Talking to someone who understood the full impact of ADHD in my life, provided the scaffolding I needed to move forward.”

    Sarah P.

  • “Jessica provides me with a safe place to verbalize and process. She asks me questions and challenges me to look at things differently. As a result, I spend less time ruminating, and emotional regulation is easier.
